Some time back I started systematically unfollowing, muting or blocking people who were often -ive. Twitter got much better!

since ML sentiment detection exists, it might be an interesting mod to be able to mute the sentiment instead of the person.

It'd be nice. I know some people get good results with keyword blocking, sentiment analysis could be even better...
