Does anyone know of an annotation solution for webpages that: (a) is really good; (b) will last; and (c) allows easy archiving?

@OAJoe I'll take another look at Evernote, esp. the plugin for Opera. Pinboard isn't really for annotation, alas. Thks for suggestions!
