Does anyone know of an annotation solution for webpages that: (a) is really good; (b) will last; and (c) allows easy archiving?

@michael_nielsen do you need it in a citation format (Mendeley or refworks) or just for tagging (such as diigo)?
@OAJoe Neither. I want to annotate (and archive) in a way that works well. Years since I used diigo or M., but not sure either right 4 me
