@michael_nielsen do you need it in a citation format (Mendeley or refworks) or just for tagging (such as diigo)?
Does anyone know of an annotation solution for webpages that: (a) is really good; (b) will last; and (c) allows easy archiving?

@scribu That looks like a pretty good reason to try Evernote (I've never seen the point). Will try the Opera extension...
