The paper I referenced seems to be almost entirely qualitative. I'd be curious to see a model. Their estimates seem to be a lot more optimistic than comparable estimates in the NAS survey report earlier this year:https://www.nap.edu/catalog/25259/negative-emissions-technologies-and-reliable-sequestration-a-research-agenda …

There's a whole bunch in that NAS report, but the summary bit is, if I understand aright, the third entry in a table on page 354. Estimated total capacity is about 2 years of (global) emissions, and per-year rate is somewhat less than 10% of global emissions.pic.twitter.com/Kg9Y2ZPmiu
