It’s a nice sentiment, but unless the people involved are independently wealthy, I can’t see how this could work. It’s a model that would put off investors, so where does the money come from? Hitting profitability quickly without working long hours seems nearly impossible.
It's a beautiful inversion, IMO, a wonderful constraint. The question is: _can_ it be made to work? Examples like Rails (a 10-hour a week project) show you can build enormously valuable things in little time.
