My version of a hot take: although it's perhaps still too soon to tell, Twitter really is much better at 280 characters.

For clarity, I was poking fun at: myself; the people who commented on 280 chars in the first week; & riffing on the answer "Too soon to tell" when s'one was asked in the 70s what they thought of the French Revolution. & seriously thinking: it takes ages to figure these things out
