Who in the world has super taste, a feel for and way of picking subjects that, decades in the future, will seem prescient, as though they had a line on the future?

Would you count startup founders like Gates / Jobs / Bezos / Musk, or is the over-and-over-again N count too low for them?
It's not quite what I'm asking. Their work is certainly remarkable, but not really about new fields of knowledge, more making new products for new markets.
