There's an amusing Freeman Dyson quote where he says Oppenheimer's great weakness was that he was too productive. I agree, but find that so many new ideas can be distracting from being productive on any single idea. I find I am usually flush with good ideas and wishing I could reach a productive state long enough to make one a reality.
