Not disagreeing with you, just cautious. I remember a study showing it was _much_ more environmentally friendly to eat some fruit or other shipped from New Zealand, rather than grown locally, because local growth was so much less efficient it swamped transport costs.
Rereading the above: you're probably right! I was very surprised by that NZ study, and probably over-cautious as a result...
Looks like a positive twist on Huxley to me. (On thé personal level, I can see for instance but is that really the best use of my skill-set etc)
