Zero, for the past ~year. Prior to that, I might get maybe an (embarassing) hour once a month. I have taken some college classes some years ago (Genki textbook) but kikitori was deemphasized.

That’s exactly what makes language learning so hard though, there is no cart and horse in the sense that it’s not a sequential process. Chatting with people in the language presupposes some already learnt vocab/grammar. A combination of approaches is optimal, in my experience.
