I've been struggling for years to sort out how best to use Anki for learning Japanese vocab (and occasionally grammar). I've gotten some good out of it but probably not nearly enough for the amount of time I've spent curating my cards.

Zero, for the past ~year. Prior to that, I might get maybe an (embarassing) hour once a month. I have taken some college classes some years ago (Genki textbook) but kikitori was deemphasized.
