How do people organize their reading? Perennially frustrated by this. I want one system that lets me trivially add books, papers, webpages, etc, re-organize very easily, search & filter. What works for you?

Thanks. I've spent a few thousand hours in org mode. I quite like it for a few things (mostly, TODOs, after some customization). But I've never been able to get it to work for anything else, unfortunately.
I should perhaps bite the bullet and simply extend org mode to do the things I want to do.

I am thinking of the same, browser extension calling ifttt to add a link with some notes to org mode file stored in Dropbox, or direct modification of a local file. Have to check if some plugin supports annotation of PDF is there inside emacs.
