Are there clubs like that with sliding-scale membership dues based on income or wealth?
10% tithing is common in some churches, as well as certain communities (e.g., EA). Of the top of my head I can't think of a straight-up club which does this, but of course there often is differentiated pricing (100$ = gold membership, $500 = platinum, etc)

Old-school athletic/social clubs like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olympic_Club … have fees that scale based on member age (which presumably correlates strongly w/ income for those who spend their time socializing at private clubs)
