If schools were good at teaching such things, sure. But the "if" clause is why I'm skeptical of such lists. Subjects I was "taught" in school I hated. It took me years to overcome my dislike of biology, for instance. Things I learnt outside school, like math & writing, I loved

That's a list I can get behind. I particularly like the emotional literacy one. So key as an enabler. E.g., you can know all the theory about risk cold, but if you don't understand your emotional responses you may not be able to take advantage of that knowledge...
