That's a list I can get behind. I particularly like the emotional literacy one. So key as an enabler. E.g., you can know all the theory about risk cold, but if you don't understand your emotional responses you may not be able to take advantage of that knowledge...

For me this is so high res it extends to individual books. Thank God my English teachers had such bad (or more precisely, conventional) taste, or a lot more books would have been ruined for me.

Hmm...I definitely hated maths until I learned it outside of school, but I loved English at school, in part because of a few great teachers who treated us like humans, and I still love reading and writing (although I tend to analyse fewer Shakespeare plays :P)...

I was on of the few lucky ones that got into subjects thanks to really great teachers. Maybe the
@iborganization just knows how to pick them. But I never would have enjoyed History or Clsssic Literature without them. But indeed these subjects should be valued and taught earlyThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
