I've read some of my own writing 100+ times, in the course of revision. Otherwise, I'm not sure I've read anything that much. A few of the things I mentioned elsewhere in this thread are 30+, though.
I was, of course, speaking hyperbolically with the original 100. Substitute "multiple" or even maybe "5+" though and I'd stand by the statement.
Okay but you’re also a guy who uses spaces repetition to iteratively read papers, so, I wouldn’t put it past you :)
Incidentally, I should say that there are very few (if any) books I've read cover-to-cover 30+ times. I tend to reread by just opening to a random page and reading. But I'm sure I've reread parts of books like Cyteen or Genius (etc) 30+ times.
