Thanks! I'm not a native speaker and I thought that "guys" is not really gendered (anymore?)
Some people don't treat it as gendered. But I've asked friends about it, and enough still see it as gendered that I wouldn't use it if I wanted to convey gender-neutrality, especially in a male-dominated environment. (If it were female-dominated, it'd be less odd.)
