In which cities/neighborhoods would you feel comfortable leaving your laptop on a café table while using the restroom?

@Sivers once told me an anecdote about Iceland. A group departing a restaurant table left an iPhone behind. When Derek noted this, his Icelandic companion remarked, “That means they’re coming back.”
What a great story. To be clear, I think I was just lucky in Brisbane, not that Brisbaneites are extraordinarily honest. But maybe I underrate my hometown.
