It's a fascinating video, making many similar claims to much modern EduTech. There's also a horrifying aesthetic to all the operant conditioning, and to the view of human nature.

That's slightly unfair: there is also considerable humanity in Skinner's vision: the fact that it wasn't external testing, but rather for the student; the emphasis on rapid feedback, and so on. But overall it's not a vision I much like.
