Oh good lord, 99% of planetary history has been at CO2 levels far higher than today.
Do you know of a reliable graph over a billion+ years? (Googling turns up lots of ~100 and ~1,000,000 year graphs, or I wouldn't ask.)

Yes there is one... Just use this google term.. CO2 levels over geologic time It will give you several.

Interesting - the first 3 graphs I found were all quite inconsistent with one another, and some implied huge error bars. Though all were consistent with your initial tweet (mostly well over 400ppm, sometimes way higher). I guess it's a hard problem, & we're still working on it.
