Typical rocket velocity for Mars is about 10 miles per second. That's a relativistic correction of about 1 part in 800 million (or so). So, a few clock cycles of drift _per second_ on a modern CPU. The nightmares are real!

The good news: in special relativity, at least you still have a notion of causality. The bad news: in general relativity, that _may_ not be true (though the odds are probably good)...
