I kinda want a (private!) speakers' club for candid exchange of feedback on people's speaking styles from other speakers who are carefully vetted to not be arseholes and are keen to receive constructive criticism.

Private Toastmasters' clubs can have this flavour. I've never been, but friends tell me the best clubs can be terrific.
