      one of my all-time faves was definitely for The Matrix, esp. the scene of Neo on the roof dodging bullets -- it was so different, and you had no idea what was coming...

      OMG I remember this!!!!!!!!! Def Matrix was "the" movie of my youth of whatever you call it. I think everyone has that one movie at 16 (and band). To some it's Alien, or Back to the Future... The movie that changes your priors for good.

      I remember where I saw The Matrix, with whom, and also that I came outside the cinema, it was still daylight, saw a phone booth (it's still there), turned around, went back, and watched it again. Only time I ever did that in my life!
