Very roughly how many water molecules would you guess there are in a single cell? Within a couple of orders of magnitude? I got it quite wrong.

If I am allowed to rely on a calculation I did years ago about how many molecules of water are there in a glass (thus getting a "volume" per molecule), I get the same numbers by assuming 100% of cell content being water.

I think on the order of 10^12, a cell mass has a lower water to other stuff ratio than our body as a whole. Of course, we're just casting variation in cell sizes to the wind here, but thats the fun part
