I have never met a single person that genuinely is able to learn from other people’s mistakes. You might get lucky but otherwise you have to make em and that takes time especially in an industry that preaches “don’t give up”
Right balance b/w risk-taking, naïveté, ambition, experience and accrued wisdom?
I think typical wisdom says only 1/5 - 1/20 startups succeed, so people have to start & fail a few times before success.
