Good question. Usable/applicable in a new context. Execution for me is similar to 'replication', but not quite as general as 'application' which requires 'translation' to the new context.

...all my current noodling keeps coming back to the idea that we build useful knowledge as we seek to move it between groups. The lossiness seems crucial so 'executability' seems a special edge case where losses are minimised.
