4. Regularly create artifacts. 1-2mo cadence.
“Co-conspirators” are also good. It’s not quite the same as collaborators.
Co-conspirators are much better!
It’s funny - you can have collaborators who are not co-conspirators, co-conspirators who are not collaborators, and you can have both. All are valuable parts of life. Both at once is especially great fun, though!
