Leaving feedback for other animators makes me super insecure, i always feel like ill be leading them onto a path of shitty choices based on my weird ideas of what looks nice.

Ya :) i try to critique what im comfortavle explaining, I still feel that even if i see , lets say, a timing/spacing problem i dont have the experience to explain how to fix, even if i could do it on my stuff. So im not sure if i should point it out.

Gotcha. In most of those cases i take their file and demonstrate at my desk what I can’t articulate but I don’t save my changes. I just let them observe my thought process (and a lot of times share method)
