oh nice!! im actually animating a similar flip but in the other direction for my class assignment right now. that straight/axel/whatever its called flip thing is really hard to get right!

Hi, it looks great. If you could add one pose right before the char jumps, push the hips down a bit. That will add the necessary weight and push for the jump. My 2 cents. Great job!
