Goals! It's a dream of mine to work at Blizzard. Beautiful to see what the level requirements kind of are. I bet it was worth the 'wait'.
each project has different needs. I review demo reels and tests now and they are 100x better than mine and it's only been 3 years!

Animation is growing so fast, yes. I'm currently going for my BA in animation and sometimes I feel like I can't keep up haha. But your post tells me to never give up :). One day!
