So far the only thing haven't be able to achieve is mirroring animation from one side to the other side. You can mirror the entire animation but you can not mirror for example left leg to right leg, which I find as a big disadvantage in gamedev animation.

Yeah, I've had to do that by flattening the entire anim to an Absolute Layer first, then reimporting that with mirror on, THEN using local weight controls to have the layer only play back on the intended side. It's a bit cumbersome but worked for me.
