When you are halfway through a long vacation, and work at a great studio, you start missing all the amazing people you make games with. It's the internal struggle of "I need a break to recharge," but "I need to make games with amazing people or I feel empty". It's a hard life.
When I retire, the devs I worked with will be the second thing I will miss the most about my career. (first is free coffee and bagels (tie))
