Shhh that’s a secret :P Joking aside one of the easiest ways is to ask questions that describe how they dealt with a hard situation in life. What they take ownership, if they recognize bad luck and whether or not they took away a healthy lesson.
I put a premium on self awareness especially when interviewing potential teammates
