I go with A since I feel it gives me easier control.

You’re starting a war... But A makes sense to me for controling the peaks and valleys

I tend to go with A, because it lets me work in the viewport, rather than the graph editor more than B. Also, using technique B, you're affecting not just the frame you're on, but also the frames before and after. I prefer to preserve the integrity of my lousy poses.

I think A makes more sense to me but I am sure Ive used B before, I think the shot and the approach makes you use one or the other.

I use both. Sometimes I start with B and convert it to A for more control. B is great for smooth movements over long periods of time and A is great for control and working in the viewport.

I usually use A when I need a defined peak that I can control. I use B when there is a point in the animation I wanna hit, and the peak is non-important. Really, just use what works best. Also, there is one that uses less points, if for some reason you must limit them.

Easy, key every frame.

My keys look like A when I'm blocking, but with tangents like B when I polish or add overshoots. But yeah, mostly A

I try to stick with A for as long as possible but B is at the very tail end of everything when I'm doing polish. That I'm not having to redo any tangents when I adjust poses/timing
