Bleh. Feeling really crap lately as I've slowly been gaining weight, even tho I've been counting calories. Its so hard to know how much I'm meant to eat! All calculators are hundreds of calories off. Anyone got tips for very small framed people? :(

I struggled losing weight based on a calorie diet. The only formula that works for me is fasting for 16 hours and reducing carbs significantly. I know it sounds quite extreme but it helpes my metabolism even when I stop fasting.

I usually stop eating around 8pm in the evening then have my first meal at noon or later
