I try to keep it improvisational to see what I can learn in that process!
Animators, if you had to pick one: 1. Take as long as possible to plan your shot/action so that you get it right the first time 2. Iterate many times and "find" it along the way In practice people will use some combination of the two but which one is more appealing to you?
