Fun Friday Fact: There's a Torbjorn POTG animation, my first attempt at a Highlight Intro, that was such a pile of crap it never made it in game. I have failed, I still have self-doubt, but I'm still animating.

Every job I've had so far I've had periodic moments of doing animations so bad i think to myself "Welp, this is where they figure out i suck".
Interesting. On the flip side, do you feel you have a definite expertise?

I gained a lot of confidence from the Overwatch team and I definitely know my strengths and weaknesses better.

There are things i know i can do better than others, but that could be a comfort thing less than an 'expertise' thing. Just more time in my career doing certain types of animations than others. Action vs Acting, Cine vs Gameplay, etc.
