@micahwhipple Hey! You have the Apple Watch Series 3 with GPS + LTE right? Have you tried going without your phone 100% one day? I'm curious about getting one. My only obstacle is I have an Android. An article said it's hacky with Android and texting doesn't work :(.
Not 100% but have gone out all day with just the watch. Yeah not sure how well it'd work with Android... Probably not well enough I'd wager.

Really at a crossroads here. I just left Apple for Android. Now the Apple Watch may bring me back just to entirely ditch my phone in general lol.

Well you still need an iPhone for watch functions, initial setup of course, but also updates, some apps sync to it, and most apps don’t have a watch app. They’re not really totally separate devices. The 3G is more for going on a run or going to the store.
