I'd love an in-game observer w/ shoutcast commentary for Overwatch esports. Especially for the league, I have a strong desire to pretty much only watch from my team's player views. Keep wanting to click and change observer cams. Or maybe a feature for Twitch?

Yessir, uses the in game spectate mode but with the commentary from the twitch stream playing over while cutting out twitch chat (big plus).
