      Same as buttflaps, the original intent of them was in outhouses where it was freezing/subfreezing and you didn’t want to have to take all your layers off. Sure they still work but IMO add time and effort with no improvement.

      Wtf is wrong with people. Using the hole is much more efficient. No having to unbutton or undo a belt or anything. Just unzip and go.

      What! That’s obviously not true. There’s a flap. You have to dig around in there. And that’s assuming your pants zipper is big enough to not have to undo the button. What do you do in sweatpants?

      Agreed, completely untrue. I use your method, with boxers, and don’t have to unbutton or unbelt.

      Belt keeps the pants up and the pants don’t come down with it tightened. It then becomes a mini game of holding up pants while trying to take a leak. As compared to just unzip and go. I don’t know what you’re having to dig around for, it’s right there.

      Well, yours only involves wearing buttonless boxers, and then a magical situation where you only touch the zipper and then put your arms up like you’re on a rollercoaster and everything ends up just fine.
