When did jumping off the @starwars bandwagon become the new cool thing to do?
Navigating an 8th installment in a franchise full of lore and history is not a difficult task, it’s a near impossible one.
Are the days of moviegoing with no expectations and an open mind gone?
I had no expectations and an open mind and found it to be an objectively bad script. :D Otherwise a lot of Star Wars fun to be had.

I knew nothing going in (on purpose). The overall story was great. Some scenes and dialogue here and there, sadly, just don’t work for me and overshadowed the greatness. Did I like it? Meh, 3/5. Will I see ep9? You betcha.

Also... It’s ok if people don’t like something that you like. Trying to convince them they’re wrong is an exercise in futility. Go enjoy your thing.
