Soup will extract even more liquid from the stuff. Your best bet will be to fry it up real quick. Make hash, basically, and put it on rolls with steak sauce etc.
Yeah I was thinking hash is about the only thing that’d work. And get some fat into it. Blargh

Yep, agreed that soup'll only make it worse. Another option may be to grind it up as stuffing for dumplings or ravioli, or use it to make some bolognese sauce for pasta.
