Lots of software/firmware bugs, battery issues, those sorts of things. Dropped in toilet, concrete. Whether you possibly jailbrake/root your phone. Bootloops. I’ve had a few phones randomly need replacing for various issues.

Not all of those are applicable to me but life happens all the time. Love my physical token other than when it’s at home and I’m not but still need it.
