Still use the physical one. Phones are too volatile this day in age to risk being locked out of my WoW account.

Lots of software/firmware bugs, battery issues, those sorts of things. Dropped in toilet, concrete. Whether you possibly jailbrake/root your phone. Bootloops. I’ve had a few phones randomly need replacing for various issues.
