Is there a different classification for the ones where you can build stuff? The ‘try not to die from dissentary’ ones aren’t super compelling to me.
Although I know it’s a good one... I dunno maybe I’ll try it. Feel like what I really want is No Mans Sky with more and better gathering, crafting, and building systems. Osiris or subnautica or the dark and light one seem the most compelling.

Dark and Light has a lot of promise but last I played it was REALLY badly optimized. Been a bunch of updates since then tho. Ark currently my favorite if for no other reason than the sheer number of mods available.

ARK is pretty damn sweet. I play it in solo mode and I'm not ashamed to admit that I tuned all the options in a way that's "slightly cheatish", to be able to build without getting killed way too often.
