What the hell? I don't even know what to say. The game is iconic when thinking about 90s gaming. The fact is though.. you recognized it.
It's worth recognizing for bringing multiplayer FPS' to console, but by then PC FPS' that were out: Quake, Blood, Redneck Rampage, Duke 3D, Turok, and Quake 2 and Dark Forces 2 were out within a couple months. All of which are better games. But hey, for the N64, yeah it was big.

Same reason Halo is such a big deal. An FPS on consoles that actually feels good and plays well! And all the PC gamers raising an eyebrow. Context matters, I get it.
