      I should NOT be getting micro stutter and FPS drop on the lowest possible settings with my setup, while running nothing else.

      I think he was saying the current theory is copy protection is causing issues for some people.

      Which (if I know copy protection) usually means it isn't playing nice with other programs you have running.
