I am apparently a gross human and don't wash my sheets as much as people say you should. So, how often do you wash your bed sheets?

I'm kinda grossed out by the fact a lot of people are leaving them on longer than a week...
There are far grosser things. I'd say about 1/5 guys never wash their hands after using the restroom. Post-explosive diarrhea included.
