#RainbowFancy no longer turns on. Pwr button=nothing. MB standby lights=on. Turn off&on PSU it starts to boot, then turns off before post.
Guessing a PSU failure? No changes would cause a short. Assume CPU and RAM are also fine but hard to troubleshoot.

You can test PSU by itself using wires to connect pins. Easy to do.
